  1. Visit the ProtoBots.ai Website:
  2. Access Your ProtoBots Catalog:
    • Once you're in, you'll see your ProtoBots Catalog, which displays a list of available Taskbots and Chatbots.
  3. Launch the Bot:
    • Click on “Launch” to start using the bot you need!
  4. Note on Access:
    • Your access to Public, Organizational, or Private Bots depends on your role within your organization.

  • Share your creations! As a Bot Builder, you can share your creations with your organization or publicly with the ProtoBots community. You can even make your creations available to your clients and people outside of your organization.

What kind of support services does ProtoBots offer? + −

ProtoBots offers an hour of onboarding and up to 2 additional hours for Bot Builder training to our Enterprise clients. For additional requests, please email us at support@protobots.ai

What are the use cases for ProtoBots in finance? + −
A number of the turnkey Protobot bots are designed to support finance, including financial benchmarking, quotations, and improved operational efficiencies. You are encouraged to develop your own financial bots as well.

How does ProtoBots handle automated prompting? + −
When using any ProtoBot in your catalog, the prompt engineer is already completed and maintained in the source code of the bot so all you need to do is select the appropriate bot and provide it your relevant information. In the Bot Builder, we minimize any prompting needs to only defining the initial task you want to automate. Depending on your task description, we automatically select the best LLM for the task and translate your description into a structured prompt specific to that LLM.
How does ProtoBots handle tokens in its pricing plans? + −
Our token pricing is comparable to industry standards. The Base Plan includes 100,000 free tokens for 1 month, while the ProtoBots and Builder plan come with 500k tokens per month tokens used over these limits in a month are charged at a fixed price per 1k tokens.
