Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes our online information collection, storage and disclosure practices and the choices you have regarding how your personal data is collected and used by us. By accessing and using our ProtoBots Platform, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information through the Services as described in this Privacy Policy. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States. Personal Data That We Collect and How We Use It “Personal Data” is data that may be used to directly or indirectly identify you, including your name, email address, physical address, phone number or other information about you. The majority of such Personal Data is collected when you use our Services, purchase our Services or otherwise provide us with your contact information. When you use our Services, we collect and store personal data of our users, including but not limited to personally identifiable information (as such term is defined by applicable data protection laws) such as your full name, date of birth, contact details, email address, zip code, usage Information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed on our website, some cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior, and any other personal information that the user may provide. Your personal data is used for the purpose of delivering and managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services.

For example, we use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize the Services and user experience (e.g., how much time users spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our Services with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and preferred language. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. At this time, we do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “do not track” instructions.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell, trade, transmit or otherwise transfer to third-parties your personal or sensitive data, including personally identifiable information, cookies, cached items, financial and payment information, authentication information, username, password, etc., that we gather from your usage of our Services other than (1) any necessary communication required to provide the Services to you, e.g., to generate output. By using the Services, you consent to us sharing input data and any other required data, which may include personal data, for the Services with these third-party systems. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete the data submitted to obtain the Services. Users have the right to request the erasure of their data which is not necessary. User represents and warrants that all the data provided to us is true and correct and relates to you and not to any other person.
